Building Sustainable, Competitive Collegiate Archery Programs

I work with small and mid-sized colleges and universities to design, launch, and grow archery programs that are sustainable, competitive, and aligned with institutional goals.
In April 2024, I launched the collegiate archery program at the University of Rio Grande. In less than two years, the program has grown to 45 student-athletes and has already captured a national championship. The program was built from the ground up with a focus on structure, recruiting pipelines, and long-term sustainability.
Consulting support may include:
-
Program feasibility and strategic planning
-
Assistance with locating and hiring a qualified archery coach
-
Facility, equipment, and safety guidance
-
Recruitment and roster development strategy
-
Competitive pathways and governing bodies
-
Culture and identity development
If your institution is interested in learning whether archery could be a good fit, I am happy to discuss ideas.
